A large healthcare organization was paying a six-figure annual fee to a third-party vendor for a provider directory they couldn't control, update quickly, or customize to their needs.
Every change required going through the vendor. The internal team had no direct access to their own data.
We designed and built Clinical Directory — a provider self-service PWA on Next.js and Sanity CMS. Providers can now log in and manage their own Find-a-Doctor profiles directly, without submitting requests to anyone.
The build includes dual-token authentication, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, a complete print-directory confirmation flow, and a Studio-side Print Review tool for the internal team. Deployed on Vercel.
